Mike is a former provincial service employee with a lengthy professional background. Coastal Pacific Security was founded when Mike realized an increasing demand for higher quality professionalism in the industry and decided to start a well-respected, elite security team. Mike has developed a strong portfolio of high-end clientele relationships while supervising teams of 200 employees on up to 80 different sites at one time.

As a public service employee of 27 years with an expansive highlight of related experience, he has coordinated both security and transport for high profile labor disputes, liaised with school district, police, fire and railway officials to ensure public safety. Mike also specializes large infrastructure projects being the main security provider on the Golden Ears & Port Mann bridge projects. He possesses innate conflict resolution capabilities and he has developed exemplary working relationships with all of his clientele by going above the industry standard to ensure their needs are met.

His personalized service ranges from answering calls 24 hours to participating in charity work. Mike’s unique personality and drive to excel lend to a superior level of training and teamwork.
